We require a 50% upfront payment to begin any web design or development project. This advance is strictly non-refundable as it covers the initial consultation, strategy, resource allocation, and initial design work.
If you decide to cancel the project after the initial designs have been approved but before the final development is complete, you are eligible for a 25% refund of the total project cost (provided full payment was made). If only the 50% advance was paid, no refund will be issued.
Once the website has been delivered, launched, or the source code has been handed over, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. We ensure multiple revision rounds during the process to guarantee satisfaction before the final handover.
In the highly unlikely event that NexStaq is unable to deliver the project as per the agreed-upon scope due to internal reasons, a full refund (including the advance) will be issued immediately.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
