The scope of the web design and development project will be defined in a written proposal or quote provided by NexStaq. Any work requested outside this scope will be quoted separately and added to the final invoice.
Each pricing plan includes a specific number of revision rounds (as stated on our pricing page). Any additional revision rounds requested beyond the included amount will be charged at an hourly or fixed rate (minimum ₹999/round).
Project timelines are estimates based on our current workload and the promptness of client feedback. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission, delayed feedback) will result in a corresponding extension of the deadline.
NexStaq retains full ownership of the website design and code until the final payment is cleared. Upon full payment, the ownership of the website (excluding third-party assets and open-source libraries) transfers entirely to the client.
Unless explicitly stated in the proposal, the client is responsible for all third-party costs, including but not limited to domain registration, web hosting, premium plugins, paid fonts, and stock imagery.
Either party may terminate the project at any time with 7 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed proportionally for the work completed up to that point. The initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
NexStaq is not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, or data resulting from the use of the websites we build. We build websites to the best of our ability using modern standards, but we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or absolute security against malicious attacks.
