Are there any hidden charges after I pay?

No. Our pricing is completely transparent. You pay the plan price once, and that covers design, development, and the specified support period. Domain registration and hosting are separate (typically ₹1,500–₹5,000/year) — we'll guide you through setup but those are billed by third-party providers directly.

Question 2

Can I upgrade from Starter to Professional later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you start with Starter and want to upgrade, we'll build on the existing foundation and charge the difference in plan price plus any scope additions. There's no penalty for upgrading.

Do you offer monthly payment options?

Accepted Answer

We accept 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for all plans. For the Premium plan, we can discuss a 3-milestone payment structure (33% / 33% / 34%). We accept UPI, bank transfer, and all major payment methods.

What happens if I need more changes after delivery?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes a defined revision round during the project. After delivery, changes are billed at ₹999/hour or you can sign up for our monthly maintenance retainer (₹2,499/month) which covers up to 3 hours of changes, monthly plugin/dependency updates, and uptime monitoring.
