1. Scope of Work
The scope of each web design and development project will be defined in a written proposal or quote. Any work outside this scope will be quoted separately.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final handover. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and digital payment methods.
3. Revisions
Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at ₹999 per round.
4. Intellectual Property
NexStaq retains full ownership of the website design and code until final payment is cleared. Upon full payment, ownership transfers entirely to the client (excluding third-party assets and open-source libraries).
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner. Delays in content provision may affect the delivery timeline.
6. Limitation of Liability
NexStaq is not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, or data resulting from the use of websites we build. We build to the best of our ability using modern standards.
