01The brief
A café that gets found on Google Maps but gives that interest nowhere to go: no menu online and no way to reserve a table.
02The approach
A single path from arrival to reservation: the story, the menu, live music nights, how to visit, and a table booking.
03Decisions
Three decisions.
- 01Opening hours and location are visible without scrolling, because that is what most visitors want first.
- 02Reserve a table stays in the header on every section.
- 03The type and colour carry the atmosphere, so the page does not depend on heavy photography to load.
04About this project
The Bangalore Café is a fictional business. This is a concept build, made to a brief we set ourselves, and it is not client work.
Every name, rating, price and figure shown inside the demo is placeholder content. There are no results to report, because the business does not exist. The page is static HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
